Therapy, or psychotherapy, is the process of simply telling your story in order to address mental health challenges that can show up in your life as damaging behaviors, emotional instability, relational issues, and even physical symptoms.
Why seek out therapy?
It can help you on your personal journey to self discovery. It can help you overcome that problem you’ve been stuck on. And it gives you a chance to tell your story to a person who will listen. I want to be that person to help you through the difficulties in life. I want to help remind you, you are not alone.
I will work with you to help you through whatever brings you in to see me. I want to impart to you a sense of purpose and direction in our work together. We will work collaboratively on setting and meeting your treatment goals.
